FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: device has bearing frame 1. A mould made of front 2 and rear 3 rigidly fixed partitions with rotating ones between them is mounted inside the frame, as well as clamping cover 5 and movable floor 6. On front partition 2 there is charging hole 7, closed by plunger 8 of the dosing apparatus on whose body 9 hopper 10 is mounted. Discharging hole 14 in rear partition 3 is locked by plate 15 hinged to the upper part of partition 3 by slide bar 16 and connected with bearing frame 1 by links 17 and by hydraulic cylinder 18. Rotating partitions 4 are set in motion by the hydraulic cylinders, with their displacement being limited by templets mounted on movable beam 21. Clamping cover 5 is connected in a parallel-link mechanism with movable beam 21 by shackles 22. Beam 21 rests on frame 1 with rollers 25 and is connected with it by a power line. Movable floor 6 is also connected with discharging beam 28 in a parallel-link mechanism by shackles 29. Beam 28 leans on rotating support 30 whose axis is fixed on frame 1 and shifted from the longitudinal axis of the mould towards front partition 2.
