FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: moulding arrangement has base frame, mould, swinging drive, power mechanism and hopper. Swinging mechanism has plane- parallel four-link mechanism mounted on base frame and consisting of movable and swinging beams interconnected by means of shackles. Power mechanism is mounted between movable beam and base frame and is made in the form of articulated double-link devices with their ends pivotally connected to base frame and movable beam, while links connecting pivots are coupled with power cylinder and rigid tie. Mould has horizontally positioned slide gates each of them being provided with power cylinder. Upper slide gate, which forms upper cover of mould, is provided with charging opening. Lower slide gate, which comprises lower cover of mould, is fitted with rests located at its edges. Located between slide gates are vertically mounted end face and longitudinal side boards of mould. One of longitudinal side boards is rigidly connected to base frame and the other, which is made movable, is connected with swinging beam by means of brackets. End face boards are provided with ribs having grooves inclined towards mould center. From one side end face boards are hinge- connected with stationary longitudinal side board and from other side are pivotally interconnected through tie rod placed in parallel with longitudinal side boards and associated with ribs through extension springs. Axles of tie rod pivots are located in grooves of ribs. Partitions installed perpendicularly to longitudinal side boards divide working space of mould into separate parts. Movable longitudinal side board is built up of jointed sections. Ends of partitions are disposed between these sections while their other ends are hinge connected to stationary longitudinal side board. Swinging drive is made in the form of connecting rod, whose axle is connected with lever, which swings about hinge mounted on frame and which carries rigidly secured slides positioned in grooves of link with journals resting against swinging beam.
