FIELD: coating materials. SUBSTANCE: composition has, %: highly dispersed polyvinyl chloride 15-35; copolymer of vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate and maleic acid 5-20; epoxy diane resin 1-10; resol phenolformaldehyde resin 2-15; mixture of polyvinylbutyral, oxidized polyethylene wax and cyclohexanone at mass ratio 1:1:18 0.6-5.0; plasticizer 1-10, and organic solvent - the rest. Solvent and plasticizer are loaded in the mixer and stirred, then a mixture of polyvinylbutyral, oxidized polyethylene wax and cyclohexanone is added to preliminary prepared solution of copolymer in the mixture of solvents, epoxy diane and resol phenolformaldehyde resins. Composition is hardened at 250-300 C. Properties: scratching strength is 11-12 H. EFFECT: enhanced quality of composition. 2 tbl
