FIELD: paint industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to paint industry and can be used for protection against underwater bodies of ships, ships and hydraulic structures against fouling by marine organisms. Method comprises loading into copolymer a copolymer of vinyl acetate and vinyl chloride, epoxyester lacquer, colophony, dibutyl phthalate and solvent, stirring at 18–22 °C for at least 1 hour. Method comprises loading a mixture of biocides in ratio – cuprous oxide (40–50) : copper pyrithione (2.0–5.0) : zinc pyrithione (2.0–5.0). Mixture is dispersed for 30–40 minutes to degree of grinding of 50–70 mcm. At the last step, benzene sulphonic acid is added to the reaction mass and the enamel is brought to the required viscosity with acetone and cyclohexanone.
EFFECT: improved biocidal and anticorrosion properties at lower coating thickness.
