SUBSTANCE: method includes adding fibrous organic intermediate product into suspension, formation of paper web, drying and treating web with impregnating agent based on resol phenol- formaldehyde resin, and finally drying web. As organic substance, water-insoluble one is used selected from the group including modified hydrolysis lignin, high-, medium-, and low-density polyethylene, vinyl chloride-based polymer or copolymer (preferably polyvinyl chloride or vinyl chloride-vinylacetate copolymer), polyvinyl acetal (preferably polyvinyl butyral), copolymer of ε-caprolactam, hexamethylenediamine, adipic acid, and sebacic acid, or mixtures of these substances.
