FIELD: machine engineering. SUBSTANCE: composition has, high-molecular epoxy-diane resin 2-16; low-molecular epoxy-diane resin 0.05-1.0; phenol-formaldehyde resol resin 1-8; alkyd hipphthalic resin 0.05-1.0; molybdenum disulfide 6-20; colloid-graphite preparation 0.9-14.0; phosphoric acid 0.01-0.3; 1,7-bis-hydroxymethylcarborane 1.5-2.6; xylene or solvent 0.03-1.5, and 2-ethoxyethanol the rest. Low-molecular epoxy resin, phenolformaldehyde resol resin and 1,7-bis-hydroxymethylcarborane are added to the solution of high-molecular epoxy-diane resin in 2-ethoxyethanol. Mixture is stirred, alkyd resin and phosphoric acid are added, stirred, and molybdenum disulfide and graphite are dispersed (in the form of colloid-graphite preparation). Coating properties: shift strength is 1.88 MPa, modulus of elasticity at stretch is 2.8 MPa, wearing rate of coating at P 10 MPa, amplitude of microtransposition A 100 microns, and microtransposition frequency 24.1 Hz 0.14 micron/g (at -60 C), 0.11 micron/g (at 20 C), and 5.1 micron/g (at 230 C).
