FIELD: oil processing industry. SUBSTANCE: steam-cracking of hydrocarbon raw materials provides for removal of coke from inner walls of aggregate, that has pipe-type furnace and heat exchanger of direct and indirect cooling of received products. Process is carried out on operating aggregate with feeding into it of vector gas, formed by shift of evaporated raw materials with diluting water steam, having solid particles, taken in amount of 0.01 - 10.3 % with average diameter of 5 - 150 microns. Speed of particles passing through furnace is 70 -400 m/s with following separation of solid particles from produced products.
