SEPARATION OF THE FINE SOLID PARTICLES FROM THE GAS STREAM Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B04C3/06

Abstract RU 2292956 C2

FIELD: natural gas industry; devices for purification of the natural gas streams.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for separation of the fine solid impurities of the gaseous streams. The cyclone separator arranged between the top and bottom tube plates includes essentially the vertical body with the closed lower bottom and the upper bottom fixed with respect to the upper tube plate. The cyclone body has: the inlet opening for the source gas arranged in the cyclone upper bottom in the space above the upper tube plate and intended for reception of the gas stream polluted with the impurity particles; the lateral wall with a set of the outlet holes located between the top and bottom tube plates and intended for outlet of the particles the small quantity of the gas stream of the lower product; one or several swirling blades located near to inlet opening for the gas and intended for giving to the gas stream polluted with the solid impurity particles the centripetal acceleration; the tube with the outlet opening for the gas and having the end with the inlet opening for the purified gas and located in the center inside the cyclone body and intended for reception of the purified gas stream, and the outlet opening for the purified gas arranged below the lower tube plate and intended for outlet of the purified gas stream. The tube with the outlet opening for gas passes through the closed lower bottom of the body and through the lower tube plate. The technical result of the invention is separation of the fine solid impurity particles from the gas streams.

EFFECT: the invention ensures separation of the fine solid impurity particles from the gas streams.
