FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves initiation of combustion in exothermic mixture, hot strain, sustaining products of combustion under pressure followed by their cooling. Exothermic mixture contains, mass % : aluminium 15.00-33.81, titanium oxide 13.35-30.05, boron oxide 11.62-28.14, titanium diboride 60.0-10.0. Dispersity powder of boron oxide is not more 500 μm, dispersity of titanium diboride being less 20 μm, specific surface of titanium oxide and aluminium powder being 0.70-5.75 and 0.7-0.30 m2/g respectively.
