FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: windmill has tower 1 swinging head 2 with horizontal shaft 3 and front and back two-blade wind wheels 4 and 8 respectively located on the ends of shaft 3 at different distances from the axis of tower 1 for rotation into opposite directions, and which are kinematically connected to generator 5 which, in turn, has cone gear 6 on the output shaft. The front wind wheel is connected to the generator shaft through shaft 3 and its cone gear 7 engageable with gear 6, and back wind mill 8 - through wheel hub 9 and its cone gear 10 engageable with gear 6. Gears 7 and 10 are of the same diameter. A rotation speed stabilizer provides continuous speed of rotation of the wind wheels and the voltage of generator 5 when the wind velocity is higher than the rated one or when the normal load of the generator decreases. EFFECT: improved structure. 2 dwg
