FIELD: plumbing equipment. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a main bowl with drain hole in its bottom, and an additional container installed rotatably in said bowl and having the form of a truncated cone whose base faces the open edge of main bowl, a post installed in additional container and having the form of a hollow truncated cone. Said post, together with walls of the additional container, forms a circular space for the hands, the post walls are provided with a brush-type coating, a container for liquid soap, holes for delivery of liquid soap into circular space, water supply pipe, water and soap delivery control means, and a drive. The device also has liquid soap discharge pipes, flexible drive support with a means for fastening said drive to said support. Liquid soap container is housed in the cavity of the post and has a valve. Post walls have holes for the pipes, and the drive is constituted by a hydraulic turbine. Water supply control means comprises a lever with a pressure plate on one end and a taper plug on the other. Water supply pipe incorporates sections with flexible bellows-type insert.
