SUBSTANCE: device includes housing with two covers between which pantograph is located formed by rods. In places of rods crossing joints are mounted in the form of pedestal movably along guide formed by walls and channel on rollers. Between proximal stationary pedestal and next one tared spring is disposed whose resistance is overcome through by foot pressure fixed in food support.
