FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves surgically mobilizing musculus quadriceps femoris and the knee pan. Closed formation of new structure of posterior segments of osteoporotic femur condyles is carried out by applying alternating flexion and shin bone extension movements. The flexion and extension shin bone movements are carried out under control in growing load mode and flexion increment value being not greater than 10 deg in every treatment with short-time fixation of the achieved position. Counter pressure is applied to proximal tibial epiphysis from behind to forward with pressure concurrently applied to the anterior femur and shin surface. The device with hinge member is applied and active and passive training is carried out with articulation discharge. EFFECT: increased painless movements amplitude; reduced risk of neurovascular complications. 6 dwg
