FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: handle of acupuncture needle is mounted in the plane being perpendicular to axis of the rod, which is made semi-round in cross-section along the whole length of the rod. The branches of the rod are directed by their flat bases one to another to form point at free working end. Protrusions with the same or different shapes, for example, in form of oval or some other form, may be formed along the whole length of working rod in each top and lower its thirds, they are disposed symmetrically on both sides. Besides, semiround branches may have oval shape with regular geometric parameters relatively the axis of the rod along the whole length from both sides; they have point at free end.
