FIELD: cultural and educational amenities. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has base with guiding pole and four rings. Six recesses are made on inner and outer side of each ring. Depth of recesses is equal to half the ring width and width is at least equal to ring thickness. The first ring has all six recesses made on its outer side, the second ring has recesses made on the inner side, the third ring has two recesses made on the inner side and four recesses made on the outer side, the fourth ring has two recesses made on the outer side and four recesses made on the inner side. Guiding pole has section shaped as equilateral triangle, with side of triangle not exceeding between recesses. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 dwg
