SUBSTANCE: method consists in introduction to one point of substance mass of shell of compact configuration, holding in place of the first in introduction end of shell and pulling its other end out of substance mass. Device for method realization has shell, its opening drive and container connected with it in which shell is accommodated. Container has part shaped to facilitate penetration of container inside powdery mass and rigidly connected with shell and connected with container end for separation from it and fixation in mass of powdery substance when shell is opened.
