SUBSTANCE: method of device filling includes threading with injection element (62) of the device elastic baffle (62) with forming a sealed, empty, sterile chamber (11) fluidly communicating with an elastic baffle (32). When threading an annular contact surface is formed between an elastic baffle (32) and an injection element (62) extending in the axial direction between the penetration point on the inner surface of the elastic baffle in fluid communication with the sterile chamber (11) and the outer surface of the baffle coming into contact with an injection element (62), and disinfect the injection element (62), by at least one of (i) friction between the elastic baffle (32) and an injection element (62) on the annular contact surface and (ii) stretching of elastic baffle (32) on the annular contact surface. Substance is injected through the injection element (62) in a sterile chamber (11) of the device. Injection element (62) is extracted of the elastic baffle (32). An independent repeated elastic baffle (32) sealing action is provided in the penetrating hole resulting from the extraction of the injection element (62). The chamber (11) is retained sterile during method realisation stages. The invention relates to a device to be sterile filled with injection element and the system for obtaining of filled device, systems, and method for filling and device repeated sealing action.
EFFECT: sterile or aseptic filling with materials of enclosed containers and devices.
