FIELD: manufacture of complex-profile constructions such as cellular panels of materials capable to superplastic deformation, mainly of titanium alloys. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of connecting sheet blanks of titanium alloy filler by welded seam along predetermined pattern; sealing cavities between blanks and placing them between sheet blanks of envelope; shaping by action of controlled pressure of working fluid and joining them in solidified state; making constructions by two stage in temperature range T1-Tc. c. , where T1 -temperature in range of aging temperatures of quenched titanium alloys, Tc.c. - temperature of complete polymorphic conversion of titanium alloy; at first stage shaping until making semifinished product with ready cells at realizing contact between joined surfaces of sheet blanks; at second stage deforming semifinished product with deformation degree ε of joined sheet blanks.
