FIELD: control device for loom yarn feeder-accumulator. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing cooperation between control unit and reference value memory for delivering predetermined values, which may be varied in a predetermined way. Device has accumulating surface, which is adapted for accumulating yarn wound on it in coils, with yarn coils being removed by consumer. Device is further provided with control unit for winding drive mechanism. Control unit is driven to regulate winding speed in accordance with consuming rate and in response to at least actual value of yarn coil number on accumulating surface for regulating actual value to obtain predetermined value. The predetermined value is varied according to variations in winding speed to obtain optimum low value of feeding yarn onto accumulating surface. EFFECT: increased efficiency by high-precision regulation of winding speed and yarn feeding speed. 4 cl, 8 dwg
