FIELD: radioelectronics. SUBSTANCE: solution of metal alkoxides in organic solvent is prepared, methylcellosolve or ethylcellosolve being used as said solvent. Thus prepared solution is placed into electrochemical cell; initially niobium or tantalum being used as anode material, then zinc or cobalt or nickel being used as anode material. Direct current is passed through said solution till molar ratio of metal in this solution corresponds to the formula of the compound. The process is followed by hydrolysis at 80-90 C, molar ratio of water and alkoxy group being [H2O] :[OR] = 20:1 - 30:1. Thus prepared reaction mixture is boiled within 2-4 h, precipitate being isolated and dried in vacuum. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 1 tbl
