Then precipitate is separated from the mother liquid. Prepared compound is dried at 100-120 C under vacuum. The solvent is methyl Cellosolve; components containing barium and magnesium are metallic barium and magnesium; tantalum or niobium alkoxides are their butylates or methyl Cellosolvates.
