SUBSTANCE: line has collecting bin, chain pumps, augers, separator for segregation of impurities, crusher, mixer-boiler, unit for stimulating grain ferments, which has collector-accumulator of grains, capacity with rotating turbine and heat exchanger, connected together by inlet and outlet pipe-lines, which are connected to collector-accumulator tangentially to form closed circulation circuit, contact head, tubular sterilizer, collector-hydrolyzer, additional capacity with rotating turbine for simulation of hydrolyzing ferments and heat exchanger, which are connected together by supply and outlet pipe-line, which are connected tangentially to collector-hydrolyzer to form circulation circuit, capacitor, which is connected with collector-hydrolyzer by assembly of pipe-lines, and mixer-boiler, dust separator, connected to the mixer-boiler, heat exchanger for cooling mass, fermentation battery, assembly of pumps and pipe-lines.
