FIELD: alcoholic industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves milling raw, its mixing with water, keeping prepared mass in capacity at stirring and multiple circulation in circuit contour, heating the mixture, its sterilization, cooking to a pulp, vacuum-cooling to the saccharification point, saccharification in the saccharification device with addition enzyme preparations into device with multiple circulation of flows, cooling the saccharified wort to the fermentation point, fermentation and isolating alcohol. In the milling process raw is screened, large fraction is taken, subjected for thermal treatment followed by milling. After mixing the milled raw with water electromagnetic treatment of the prepared mixture is carried out. Using this invention provides enhancing yield of alcohol with improved quality.

EFFECT: increased yield and improved quality of ethyl alcohol.
