FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: method envisages mixture of a water-and-grain mass, performance of weight and heat exchange processes in two-phase systems by way of dispersion of one phase in the other one during their direct flow contact in a centrifugal forces field and hydrodynamic treatment in an acoustic chamber. In accordance with the method concept, simultaneous with delivery of steam one performs fluid medium separation into individual flows by way of deformation shift interaction. Then the said water-and-grain mass flows are joined and their unified flow is discharged from the acoustic chamber. The process line for starch-containing raw material preparation for fermentation includes vessels for preparation and delivery of liquifying enzymes and starch structure breaking agent solution, a mixer whereto devices for water-and-heat and enzyme treatment of first and the second stage water-and-grain masses (VTFO-I and VTFO-II), a maintenance steam separator, a vacuum evaporator and a saccharifier are serially connected. The line includes two steam dynamic reheaters, one of them installed between the mixer on supply of wort into VTFO-I device and the second - on discharge of mass from VTFO-II device prior to supply of the mass into the maintenance steam separator. Each steam dynamic reheater contains a body consisting of a cover with a tangential steam inlet nipple and an upper nipple for inlet of the water-and-grain mass, a lower base with a nipple for treated mass outlet and a cylindrical insert positioned therebetween as well as a flow distributor with an acoustic treatment source.

EFFECT: increased output of rectified alcohol, improvement of its organoleptic properties and reduction of the production process energy intensity.
