FIELD: percussive rippers. SUBSTANCE: ripper has body with pointed head, weight unit connected with rod of hydraulic cylindric. Head has longitudinal ribs. Hollow body accommodates shaft. Spring-loaded shaft is mounted on ripper body. Kinetic energy of weight unit in sinking of working member is accumulated in hydraulic accumulator and used for turning the head and hoisting the body by means of hydraulic cylinder.
