FIELD: mining automatic equipment. SUBSTANCE: transducer has body with weight, registering unit and two flexible cords. Each cord is made in form of conducting rubber thread loop enclosed in flexible insulation, e.g., of rubber or latex. Registering unit is in made in form two ohmmeters whose outputs are connected with inputs of difference meter. One ends of cords are connected to opposite sides of weight without electric contact of threads with weight, and the other ends of cords are secured to body opposite to walls with tension. Threads are passed through walls without electrical contact with body. Free ends of threads are connected with inputs of ohmmeters. Cords with threads inside them simultaneously fulfil roles of converters of angle of inclination into resistance units, members transmitting electric resistance units to ohmmeters and springs for holding weight in balance at any inclination of machine and for weight return to its initial position.
