FIELD: manufacture of fittings. SUBSTANCE: housing consists of three parts. Mounted in housing is shut-off member which is made in form of gate and consists of two parts. Locking part also consists of two parts. Housing is provided with leakage chamber which is bounded by two points of tight connection and sealing surfaces of shut-off member or locking part. Passage in the center portion of housing is open on both sides or on one side or is shut-off on either side. Two parts of housing are separated from each other by two seals. Parts of shutoff member are rigidly connected by means of rod. Components of locking part are arranged in a spaced relation to shut-off member and are rigidly connected with it. Clearance is equal to cross section of hole. Locking part is mounted for motion over rod relative to the shut-off member by the amount of double clearance. Shut-off member is made for changing its size in axial direction by means of telescopic device.
