FIELD: sanitary engineering. SUBSTANCE: shut-off valve has body and control member; shut-off member is fitted for motion under action of control member. Valve is also provided with stop for limiting motion of shut-off member, counter-stop fitted on control member, seat fitted for axial displacement and spring used for loading the seat. Motion of seat towards shut- off member is limited. Seat is made in form of collar from rubber-like flexible material. On side of shut-off member, collar is provided with working surface. Besides that, collar is located in bush which is provided with limiting member. Seat unit is pressed in body. Counter- stop is made in form of ring with projection.
