SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of assembling valve units for fuel injection systems. Valve unit of valve-type injector for internal combustion engine has electromagnetic actuating element consisting of coil, inner pole and outer magnetic circuit serving as outer pole of magnetic circuit, and movable locking element engaging with contact surface of seat and also thin walled bushing. Seat and inner pole are arranged in inner hole of bushing, and coil and outer magnetic circuit are arranged outside the bushing around it. Magnetic circuit is fitted on bushing and then seat is press-fitted into inner hole of bushing. Bushing expands at least on some section and, owing to press-fitting of seat, provides rigid connection of bushing with magnetic circuit.
EFFECT: provision of simple and labor-saving method of assembling ensuring reliability and accuracy.
