FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: protein fraction being extracted of bone tissue which has relative molecular weight 20-30 kilodaltons is injected to laboratory animals. Mentioned above protein fraction is prepared by separation with the help of gel-permeation chromatography. Said fraction is preliminary dried then it is dissolved in 0.15 M solution of sodium chloride. Injection dose of preparation is 1 ng/ml, injection being carried out on the first day after distraction regenerate is fixed. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method.
