FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying pressure and rotation movements in performing distraction osteosynthesis treatment. First, reflex projection zones like articulations and/or bone system, then, auricular points are stimulated. The reflex projection zones are located on the plantar part of feet and on the palmar part of hands. The device has irregular rod having working part and handle. The rod is detachable and has removable working part. The working part has spherical head on one end and threaded stem on the other one. The handle has blind threaded canal for working part stem to be insertable. The working part is manufactured as a set of items of various types and sizes corresponding to particular reflex zone dimensions and circular vicinities of biologically active points.
