FIELD: oil production. SUBSTANCE: device has radio transmitter in each well at load-dispatching center, filter, amplifier and detector, group receiving-transmitting centers, which have aerial connected in series with matching circuit, carrier frequency amplifier, frequency converter, intermediate frequency amplifier and low frequency amplifier. Device permits to analyze discharge of a well continuously and to transmit signals, when the discharge deviates from normal value. Two channels for transmitting messages are provided in the device, as well as radiochannel and communication line. As deviation from normal value is transmitted, but not quantitative value of discharge, that results to improve truth of information at transmission. Probability of identification of well codes is improved, that improves functional reliability of the device. EFFECT: improved functional reliability. 5 dwg, 1 tbl
