SUBSTANCE: system of digital stereo broadcasting has: on transmitting side two channels of signal processing each including sound receiver and audio frequency amplifier, coder incorporating two analog-to-digital converters, former of group signal, generator of sinusoidal oscillations, frequency divider, transmitter, amplitude modulator, output amplifier; on receiving side digital receiver has accurate frequency receiver, amplitude detector, counter, decoder, first, second and third delay elements, NOT gate, and gate, key, two channels each incorporating pulse former, first, second, third and fourth keys, flip-flop, first, second registers, digital-to-analog converter, audio frequency filter, power amplifier, loudspeaker and AND gate.
