FIELD: radio communications. SUBSTANCE: device has transmitting and receiving parts. Transmitting part has four signal processing channels. Each of them has sound receiver, sound frequency amplifier, analog-to-digital converter, which is contained in encoding unit. Group signal generator, sine oscillator, frequency divider and transmitter, which has carrier frequency oscillator, amplitude modulator and output amplifier, are also contained in transmitting part of device. Digital receiver (receiving part of device) has precise frequency receiver, amplitude detector, two pulse generators, counter, decoder, four delay gates, first and second pulse distributors and four channels, which are used for processing codes of four sound signals in digital part, and four channels for reproduction of analog sound signals.
