Receiving part of device has sound frequency amplifier, telephone handset. In addition transmitting part of device has sine signal oscillator, frequency divider, analog-to-digital converter, generator of group signal, user calling unit, decoder and gate unit. In addition receiving part of device has narrow-band receiver, bipolar amplitude detector, channel for detection synchronization code, sound signal channel, user calling signal channel. Sampling frequency is 64 kHz, clock frequency is 1.28 MHz, information transmission speed is 2.56 Mbit per second, allocated bandwidth is 512 Hz. Device provides duplex mode communication.
