FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device for fixation and correction of vertebral column has thread rods and base provided with lever tie rods. Longitudinal thread rods are inserted into device. Each rod is carried out composed of three parts jointed connected and provided with rod holders made in the form of cylinder with fixation members and slot securing multilayer displacement of thread rods. EFFECT: increased reliability of stabilization and correction of vertebral column owing to use of few intact and one damaged segments as a base for fixation and reinforcement of correction lever. 6 dwg
