FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: unit has cantilever rods 1 and external lever system. Unit is provided with collapsible rod holders which are conjugated together by means of cylindrical hinges 13 by pair threaded rods 14 with threads directed in opposition, lateral links and torsion correction module. Unit allows to carry out true combined correction of damaged structures of spinal column taking into account value of elastic deformation of cantilever rods. Necessary contact segments are selected for fixation in this case. EFFECT: improved reliability of spinal column fixation; reduced risk of postoperational complications. 3 dwg
