FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device for correction and stabilization of vertebral column has osseous shafts, fixing forks 7 in which one osseous shaft is fixed in holes and other one is fixed movable by means of slit connection in fork grooves. Longitudinal rods are provided with module of sagittal correction which includes cylindrical hinge 16 and thread couplings 18 with different-directed thread which are interconnected with fixing forks immediately. EFFECT: free fixation of several osseous shafts in longitudinal rods, carrying out the dynamic correction of injured segments keeping different load on rods, vertebras and intervertebral disk at multisegmantal transpedicular fixation. 3 dwg
