SUBSTANCE: device has rods set up on bar base by means of rod-holders; bar base is made in form of central transverse bar consisting of two pieces mated together so that each piece can move in opposite directions; on each piece by means of hinge are attached two pair of longitudinal threaded bars having possibility of displacement; opposite ends of these bars are fastened to brackets and have possibility of plane-parallel motion, placed on threaded ends of bars are sliders which have flexible joint to plates and rod-holders.
