FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: heat-liberating element is manufactured as flexible double-chamber sealed tank having easily destroyed partition and inner hydrophobic envelope. Two components are displaced separately inside said tank. Heat is liberated during contact between said components. Powder Fe, or Ng, or AI, or Zn are used as the first component. Mixture of metal (e. g. Mn, Pb, Ni) oxide, activated coal, graphite, inorganic salt and water are used as the second component. Ratio of said components, mass parts is 2.1-5.3:1. EFFECT: improves efficiency of operating elements, increases their life.
