FIELD: chemistry and treatment of plastic materials and polymers. SUBSTANCE: claimed binder comprises aromatic dicyanate and epoxy resin. Aromatic dicyanate includes diphenylol propane and further thermoelastic plastic material selected from group consisting of butadiene-nitrile rubber containing 40% acrylic acid, nitrile butadiene-nitrile rubber containing end carboxy groups and polyether which is product of polycondensation of oxypropylated diphenyl propane and styrene modified maleic anhydride, the ratio of components being as follows (wt parts): 100 diphenylol propane; 5-30 epoxy resin; 2-15 thermoelastic material; 45-130 solvent. The claimed composition further comprises hardening catalyst in amount of 0.1-0.5 wt part. EFFECT: improved properties of the composition. 2 cl, 1 tbl
