FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: ophthalmologic device has helium-neon laser provided with control unit and optic system having modulator, power attenuator and diffusion scatterer located at outlet of optic system. New is, diffusion scatter is carried out in the form of inside surface of photometric sphere with two openings, one opening - inlet one is located coaxially with optic system for input of radiation and the second one - outlet is located so that inlet opening and crossing point of inlet laser ray with sphere surface are out of field of view of patient. Positive short-focus lens is disposed axially movably along optic system in front of diffusion scatterer. EFFECT: improved efficiency of treatment owing to security of distribution uniformity of power density of radiation beam on tissue of eyeball including peripheral part of retina. 1 dwg
