FIELD: medical engineering; ophthalmologic instruments used in surgical operation. SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises two branches interconnected at one end, while their working ends are free and bent to meet each other. Branches carry cantileveredly secured to them supporting elements, concave working surface of which has curvature matched to patient's cornea. Marks are traced equidistantly the whole convex surface of supporting elements. Each apparatus is placed and fixed on patient's eyeball, needle of instrument for thermokeratocoagulation is used to apply coagulants along marked ray-like pane passing between supporting elements. Apparatus makes it possible to accurately apply coagulants along one and the same line at points equally spaced from each other. EFFECT: improved results of treating hypermetria by thermokeratocoagulation method. 2 cl, 1 dwg
