SUBSTANCE: method involves doing an incision of tunica conjunctiva from a point located on 12 h meridian and 10 mm distant from limbus to a point located on the 2h meridian on the left eye and on the 10 h meridian on the right eye. The graft is moved by means of holding suture and then fixed in horizontal position. EFFECT: improved functional results of operation.
