FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves the utilization of low-molecular sulfated polysaccharide with molecular weight less than 20 000 dalton with fucose sulfated at 4-th position. Fucose residues are bound by glycosidic bonds and correlated with uronic acids at the ratio 1:4 ((SO3-FUC, UA=COOH)-FUC, UA-COOH). The initial product is prepared from alga laminaria japonica. EFFECT: absence of any toxicity of sulfated low-molecular polysaccharide at the doses above 5000 mcg/mg for cells in vitro. 1 dwg, 3 tbl
