FIELD: metal pressure forming. SUBSTANCE: flying shears for cutting rolled stock have a drive eccentric shaft, a housing, a support with a cutter. A traverse bar with a lower cutter is rotatably joined by rockers with the shaft and it is placed in guides of the support with possibility of reciprocation motion. The support is joined with the frame by two-parallelogram mechanisms the last being in the form of a casing, rotatably connected by shackles with the housing and by other shackles with the support. Upon rotation of the eccentric shaft with the aid of the two-parallelogram mechanism, the support performs plane-parallel motion along a circular path. EFFECT: enhanced structure. 1 cl, 5 dwg
