FIELD: metallurgical machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: shears include housing; shearing mechanism arranged in housing and having upper cutter holder with upper cutter and lower cutter holder joined with upper cutter holder through hinges and having lower cutter; main drive eccentric shaft. In order to perform flying shearing and stationary shearing shears are provided with hydraulic cylinders having bodies and rods jointly coupled with upper cutter holder and also with additional eccentric shaft joined by means of two connecting rods with lower cutter holder. In order to provide motion of both cutter holders one towards other, main eccentric shaft is joined with lower cutter holder and it has two additional eccentrics carrying with possibility of rotation bodies of said hydraulic cylinders. Main and additional eccentric shafts are joined through gear transmissions at gear ratio 0.5.
EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of shears.
