FIELD: metal pressure forming. SUBSTANCE: flying shears have a movable frame with a drive eccentric shaft and an upper cutter, mounted on a housing. A supporting with a lower cutter is arranged in the frame with possibility of reciprocation motion to rocker arms, connected with the drive eccentric shaft. A V-shaped movable receiver is placed on the housing. A guide is arranged between the frame and the above mentioned receiver. The guide is secured to a link of joint-type four-link member, mounted on the housing. On another link of the four-link member, adjacent with the first one, at a side of the V-shaped receiver a damping rest is arranged. This link is connected with the frame by spring-loaded telescopic tie rods. EFFECT: enhanced structure of shears. 1 cl, 3 dwg
