FRONT-END LOADER ARM Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

FIELD: loading and earth-excavating machines. SUBSTANCE: loader arm has longitudinal angular beams with welded end bushings, hollow cross beam rigidly attached to longitudinal beams, bushings secured to middle parts of longitudinal beams. Each longitudinal beam is made of semibeams welded to each other and flat side and upper and lower angular sheet cover plates located on both sides of semibeam conjugation plane. Each semibeam is made of L-shaped sheet member. Upper flanges of these members are welded to each other through their longitudinal edges. Lower sheet strip is welded with its side edges to inner sides of lower parts of side walls of L-shaped members. In each beam, upper, lower and side cover plates are welded to outer sides of upper flanges of L-shaped members, lower strips and side walls of same members, respectively. Bushings for triangles are passed through side cover plates and semibeam with bushing for connection with base machine. Bushings for arm hydraulic cylinders are located relative to plane of semibeam conjugation from opposite side of bushings for triangles and under lower strip of respective semibeam. Cross beam is made of U-shaped sheet members. Sheet members are welded to each other with their flange longitudinal edges. Cross beam is also welded with its end-face edges to outer sides of inner L-shaped members with bushings for bucket. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 dwg
