SUBSTANCE: machine includes driving mechanism 1 in form of tractor, pontoon 2, working equipment 3 with set of changeable working members 4 and running gear in form of outriggers 5-8, which are hinged to pontoon 2 by means of hydraulic cylinders 28-31 made in form of track propulsive devices driven by separately controlled half-axles 17 and 24.
